last night, a tengaged player verbally attacked two of my good friends for no apparent reason. These are some things he/she said to them:

And after when my friends got evicted, she CONITNUED to call them offensive names through PM, such as "annoying cunt" , "you whore slut fat piece of loser", and other highly offensive terms that I don't know about. and that leads me to my question: How is calling someone very offensive names not "bannable", but posting 5 times is?

The worst part about this situation is that she is a black level+, and that is NOT a good person to represent the site with.

Also, some of her friends were defending her and joining in on the abuse, and they even called her a queen for saying these things, which is completely disgusting.

Is there anything I can do about this situation?
