What are the red noses for?

I was in a casting with someone who had a red nose.
What does that mean?

Someone told me it meant they were in trouble, but I want more input, because I'm not sure if that's what it REALLY is.

i got mine because i logged on to someone else's computer who had tengaged, but you can also get them from making multiple accounts
