For some reason the screen to do the challenge is not loading for me, :( and also the help link isn't working for me. I've never had this problem before the change. Does anybody else have this problem?

so i live in central new york and right now we've been blasted with heavy snow over the past two days, on top of that its sooooo cold =( i have so much shoveling to do just to get my car out of the driveway. ugh, this makes me want to move down south.
