How hard is Elite 4 & Cynthia in BDSP

I'm about to go through victory road and wanna know if I should level more. Currently at around level 54

first 2 were pretty easy for me

3th and 4th were a challenge but you can beat them probably with some items.

Cynthia is HARD I lost a few times.

TBH you get a lot of XP from challenging the Elite 4 like it's the fastest way to level up I think?
