I already lost 9lbs and i need 11 more to go. I go on runs, i do workouts, i drink only tea and water but plenty of water a day, and im on a good diet. Yet im stuck at 9-10lbs lost. I can't seem to move any farther than that. Any tips??
oh and don't weigh yourself too often :-) matter of fact try to not do it at all :-) weight doesn't really matter what matters most is the fat that you lose :-) (-:
Thanks guys spiderboomfinklestein123 and all my weight goes to my stomach. Nowhere else. Im a skinny 18 year old girl just it makes me look pregnant. I am a single cat lady I don't need people to think im having a baby when I seriously am not :( livvieboo12
Yeah weight changes after, what you should really care more about is inches and stuff.
Watermelon and oatmeal are good fat burning foods and maybe buy like metamucil or something?
