Jeff know how to read the votes in a certain order. If the producers change the order, how would they have known jenn was going to play her idol and put all her votes first?

she stated in a secret scene that she was planning on using her idol, so they probably based it on that

Well considering it takes like an hour between getting the votes to reading them, he probably takes it back to production and they probably wait another few minutes

Would it not make sense that he orders the votes based on names. So just for example, if there are  5 Jenn, 3 Hali, and 4 Kelly, the votes would be ordered

Jenn, Jenn, Jenn, Jenn, Jenm, Hali, Hali, Hali, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly

Then, he knows which names are where and who has how many votes, so even if an idol is played, he can still reveal the votes in a suspenseful order without shiffling them around
