Last night i drank over 4 litres of water, probably around 5 or 6, and it was pretty late and i was super tired. I wouldn't let myself fall asleep until i used the bathroom, because with that much water, i wasn't comfortable taking the chance of pissing myself. note to self: don't drink that much water at lacrosse.
