I believe that you get half a million dollars for winning, but this rich boy doesn't need the money. He can just call up his sister if he wants money or his rich family.

That's exactly why he doesn't want people to know Ariana is his sister. Because at the end of the day, it's Ariana's money, not his. Imagine how embarassing it would be to live off of your little sister.
likeafire like Lynette says it is embarrassing to live off your little sisters money but Lynette that is not a problem for Frankie that much because growing up his family had a lot of money so he was just raised as a rich kid.
Plus it's more about actually saying you won the game instead of wanting to win the money. Like even if I was a multi millionaire I would still want to win just to say I won Big Brother but I would probably donate the money afterwards.
