Good and bad, if it's a good experience for both of you - you have a local hookup! Bad experience you have the increased chance you'll constantly run into them and feel awkward.

Yeah marchesa my neighbours are pretty close with each other, though he's like on another street i wouldn't be surprised if someone knew them
