Hey guys so earlier this month i was involved in an accident and it was recently decided as my fault...even though the sargent at the scene said it wasn't my fault. Tell me what you think about it....
I was driving towards the intersection and had a red light and a big car was next to me and pulled up a little so i could not see the oncoming traffic. I had my windows up and the ac on because it was about 90 degrees and the radio was also on (not very loud)...ok so when the light turned green i couldnt see the oncoming trffic to my left which had the red light and i went and was hit on my backside by a police car that flew threw the red light going for a car that ran a red light. i spun around and my car was basically totalled. The insurance company just told us it was my fault. What do you think? and if you agree with me what should we do?

sorry dude, but when approaching an intersection you must always verify that it is clear before proceeding through it. Take defensive driving. GL!
