i have a question concerning casting games.

what happens if for example 4 of you are left. then of course 2 are nominated and those 2 nominees can't save themselves, right? so what if the 2 other players (who are not nominated) doesn't vote?? so let's say, NOMINEE#1 gets 0 and NOMINEE#2 also gets 0 points for eviction, who gets evicted?
