Thats because they only show bayleigh mad.. like the real assholes are cody, dani and memphis.. they are like rude af but ofc they wont show that on the aired episodes...

Yes and no. He was coming off really arrogant with the way he was talking. It did seem like he was insinuating she was a floater and knew nothing.
