Sorry, but most likely not. Read the exit interviews, most if not all jurors have directly stated they do not respect Hannah. They see her as a sheep of David's.
Her only real chances are against Bret and Ken which is a very unlikely scenario.

Wigler: Let’s talk through the episode. Hannah said you were becoming an “enticing goat,” in her words — someone to take all the way to the end and beat with little issue. I know that is not how you viewed your place out there. What was your view of the game?
Sunday: Here’s the thing: I wanted to play a little… no, not a little. I wanted to play under the radar. I wanted to play into that whole mom thing to build relationships and gain trust with people. I was really trying to bide my time, as far as making big moves. Every time someone did, they got voted out. I was trying to get people to take the fall for moves. I was doing things that weren’t necessarily shown, because they didn’t pan out, so there’s no reason for that to be in the edit. I don’t think I was a goat. I feel like Hannah felt that she could have been in that position as well. As the game went on, she got a little… not a little, she got really condescending. She felt like she was running things. People weren’t happy about that. I think she was worried about that and she projected it onto me. I don’t feel I was a goat. I’m not a Zeke or a David, but I was me, and I played with the skill set I brought to the table.

She had no saying in the game she didn't did shit she was playing the same game as Brett lol they dnt do shit and when they try to do something they fell at it so I'm not worry bout Sunday she is nothing in refers to Hannah she has been controlling her game and is able to predict almost every move that everyone else is going to make. She can easily have enough votes at the end to win survivor against anybody period!!!!

The fact is, people have said they do not respect Hannah's game and she rubs people the wrong way. I'm not just pulling this out of my ass. I have facts to support my side, while your argument hinges on what YOU personally think without any real info to back it up.
And it doesn't matter if Sunday "didnt did shit", she is a juror, she helps decide who wins, and she talks with the other jurors, who do not respect Hannah.
