Can someone help me get this red dot off my nose ? :) please and thank you!

The reason i got it was because my cousin he got kicked off here because he wasnt 13 but he was gonna turn it in a few days so i made him on and now i got this red dot on my nose and i dont know how to get it off! sooo please helppp!
