Moonfelar No it is not, so for example the first eviction Joey and Pow are nommed, instead of Joey being evicted Pow is, then Joey becomes Pow, so at the next eviction Joey and Zach are on the block except instead of Joey being evicted Zach is, continues liek that for the whole season.  So Amber makes final 2 and wins because she takes the place of Jocasta, then she takes the place of Zach (who is now Joey), then Cody, then in the finale Derrick (who is now Devin)
