Why is there no Search Engine on Tengaged?

Just think how better it would be to be able to type in the name of a user in a search bar on the profile page and search for this user.

No more pointless searching through blogs to PERSONALLY thank a user who assisted you with plussing or thanking for a nice comment.

Just an idea!

UGH i've been wanting a search bar for AGES. I've always talked about it to friends but it's never happened. :(
