ive got two friends that have been dating for about... 3 years?
they just broke up, and the guy is really worrying me. his reaction toward the breakup is a lot of moping around, and bummer statuses on facebook, refuses to talk to any of his friends, ect.
i just dont understand.. it may sound like a normal break up, but im truly worried.. what can i do to help him when he refuses to tlak to anyone? it cant be healthy for him.
oh, and heres one more twist... this guys lives two states away.. its not like i can just take him from his house and get his mind off of things! lol
so... any help at all would be appriciated guys! :)

Well, I can tell you from experience, 3 years is a long ass time. I get semi depressed over little things after 3 years, not even full out breakups.

first my 'opinion"  we need to know the age of those involved.  Everyone who has been together for a while will have a "grieving" time.  Your best bet is not to over whelm him with phone calls,  but send a nice private message on facebook.  Being supportive, up beat and extend your friendship. Let that sink in, and if there is no response after a few days, then call and state your concern. Let him know u care, and u are worried.  BTW do u like Pizza Combos?  Good luck 2marrow!
