When you allow spiteful, petty low life people to get under your skin...you are WEAK..that's why I will no longer follow people up continuously. If somebody wants to talk crap about me and spew untruths then that's them and the time they aren't using on THEM... I will just keep my mouth shut and live my life.. Today I stop letting others rob MY good energy and replace it with their bad energy.
