The first half of this season was so incredibly boring, it actually turned me off the show a bit. Normally I can't wait to watch Survivor as soon as it's been aired but for the pre merge of this season I just wasn't remotely bothered because of the mostly uninteresting characters and lack of strategy/gameplay....
BUT
The second half (post-merge) was amazing and completely saved the season. This was been one of the most unpredictable, if not the most unpredictable post-merges I've seen. We saw power players being blind sided one after the other and the characters being developed well and evenly after the merge. Normally it's easy to predict who is gonna win due to the edits but this season was totally different and still managed to produce a great and deserving winner!!
So yeah, what I thought was going to be one of the most boring seasons ever turned into one of my favourites!
good job Survivor, they are on a roll with these seasons right now. Looking forward to next season also :D
