I'm watching the seventh season of Big Brother USA right now and it amazes me how much different the game was just a few short seasons ago. Less about showmances than about friendships. Less about backstabbing than just having fun. Sigh. No wonder I love BBUK more than BBUSA. Too bad its ending. But what an ending it'll be with The Ultimate Housemate. 
Watching Seasons 1, 2, and 3 of Big Brother on youtube has made me long for the days where the diary room sessions weren't staged... where there was actual social interaction and fun. When arguments didn't revolve around vetos and hoh, and actually revolved around people washing their hands and their political beliefs. I miss Marcellas, Amy, Danielle, Nicole, Bunky, Monica, Will, Eddie, Brittany, Josh (BB1), and even Lisa a bit. Sigh. I feel old now.
