If I posted a blog saying that I hated black people,which is not the case,everyone would be in an uproar.And this goes for IRL also if someone hates black people they are racist and a bad person.But if someone tells me they hate me simply because of my sexuality then thats ok since its just their opinion and I should just deal with it. Why is it that the gay community is one of the only minority communities that is treated like second class citizens I dont understand.
Think about this if interracial marriage was still not allowed people would be protesting and marching on Washington.And yet the gay right movement had been around just as long as the civil rights movement.And look at the difference in equality in our 2 communities it does not make sense.
