How do I get T$?

Well I sort of know how to get T$, but then I dont LOL. When you make a blog, its supppose to give you them, right? But when do you recieve them? When I make blogs I never seem to get T$ from them. Would you all be darlingss and plus this blog aswell as commenting it too telling me how the T$ works with blogs! =) x
