Does anyone know how long shoulder muscles ache after you pop it out of place and then back in? i just did that yesterday and it's still killing me today and i'm wondering how long i'm gonna have to deal with it

it depends on how well you treat the shoulder muslces--keep lots of icepacks on it and keep it relatively immobile.
