I realize this sosyomomma but I KNOW Johneh will say "well I blogged that if you go back on your account for any reason you're out and it wouldnt be FAIR to anyone else". I wish he'd have a heart this time but I really don't expect it.

yts1 If Lucy was in any way responsible for this happening, eg. Telling her password to someone or something like that, then this is completely justified.
However if it is a hacking using software to hack the account and if a racer/friend of a racer is responsible for it, then I agree, you shouldn't be DQed.
Even though the selfish part of me would LOVE for you to be DQed. ;)
