Based on gameplay and how much I used them:
7. Flurrie - She's situationally useful if you're fighting a bunch of weak enemies at once or trying to knock an enemy off the ceiling. Other than that I didn't really use her that much outside of when it was necessary to progress the story.

Schrodinger’s admin in this one server because I’m pretty sure the owner fat fingered a button and gave them to me by mistake, so as soon as I delete a channel or something it’s getting revoked. So in effect I have no admin. This really says a lot about society.
