POLICY FOR BEING PUT IN STARS[SHOULD WE WIN THE SEAT]:

1) Just because you were the one who got the seat, doesn't guarantee you the spot.
2) If you are perfectly able to join stars on a regular basis, ya prob ain't going in :p
3) If you've ever played stars before, you're not going in, unless there are hardly any other choices!
4) If I don't know you very well/others don't know you, do not take it personally if we don't consider you right away.
5) There's only one spot, just one! So please understand how tough the choice is!
