The 2 Teams were shrunk and got inside Nerdy's body. The Energy Team enetered disguised as a chocolate bar and was absorbed by the intestine cells, while the Virus Team must now attack Nerdy's nose tissues to break into his blood stream!

Once inside the intestine cell, the fat from the chocolate must travel from the intestine to the liver. You're gonna use this fat to move inside nerdy's body. Yes, you're gonna ride the fat. Or rather, the chylomicron, the fat transporters.
But it turns out these chylomicrons don't give free rides. You must pay them!
