Welcome our top 16 contestants! Congratulations to everyone who has made it this far. You guys have beat out so many others to make it to this, and now the difficult part begins.

This week, each judge will eliminate one member from their team. So next week, we will have our top 12!

This round's theme is "Judge's Choice." Since you will be working with your judge throughout the season and your coach will be making the eliminations this week, it is really important you have an open dialogue with your judge. As with any week, you should be working with your mentor to find your song and working with your mentor on your song!

The deadline to post your piece in THIS THREAD is SUNDAY, November 2nd at 11:59 PM EST! Good Luck everybody!

Was so happy with this song choice - it's just a beautiful song. I think it was a perfect choice for me, but after listening to it back I think I've kinda done a terrible job and let TheGoodMan down to be honest. It's nowhere near my best and I'm actually very disappointed by this. I definitely feel very worried going into this round, knowing how amazing this group is especially!

This song was such a change of pace for me. I am used to singing slower songs and choosing an upbeat song and having fun was actually very liberating. Unfortunately I did fall ill Halloween so it wasn't my complete best. I hope u enjoy :)

Also the song was intended to end at 2:16. Soundcloud screwed up and added an alternate ending for some reason. So from 2:17 on ignore. LOL

I apologise in advance for this, situation at home caused me to have not that much recording time, but I don't wanna get into that as it shouldn't influence decisions in anyway at all. I hope you can find some parts of this enjoyable, I think this week taught me a lot about preparation and trying to be more secure and solid in my choices. I must've sung like 10 different songs as opposed to just finding one and practicing it a lot and I can really see how that dented my ability... Sorry, but yeah... I'm rambling now, so I'll shut up and let you listen.
