Congratulations to the 20 of you for making it to Stage 2.  It is now time to step it up and get this season really going now.

I can now reveal Stage 2 will have the 20 of you compete in TEAMS.  In addition, winning a challenge or elimination will NOT guarantee you a spot in Stage 3.  Stage 2 will last for a predetermined yet unknown (to you) amount of time and only those who survive to that point will advance to Stage 3.

Before I can reveal the full format of the Stage 2 we need to divide the 20 of you up into 2 teams.

This will be done via a Schoolyard Snake Draft with the last round reversed so the team with the 1st pick also gets the last pick.  The 2 players with the most Leaderboard points, Christian_ and FrenchMaid will be Team Captains.

The 2 teams will be as such:

Red Team:

9th Pick
12th Pick
13th Pick
16th Pick
18th Pick

Blue Team:

CAPTAIN
2nd Pick
3rd Pick
6th Pick
7th Pick
10th Pick
11th Pick

15th Pick
17th Pick

As the person with the most points, Christian_ choose which Team you want to be the Captain of ASAP and then when we know which Captain will be on what team the Draft can begin.

Christian_ and FrenchMaid whenever you are up to make a pick you can do so and not wait for me to update it.  When the 2 teams have been determined I will reveal the rules for Stage 2 and we will start.
