Checkpoint 1:

To start this challenge you must open a gate that is tied to a pulley that will only lift when 25 people are standing on the other platform thus lifting the gate.  You will then walk through to begin the challenge.

So to open the gate, you will each have a poll where you must get 25 people on Tengaged to vote in it (may choose any option) and when you have had 25 voters you may continue to the next checkpoint.
