Here is how it will work.
For today only the rules on the Cursed Necklaces have been changed.

EVERYONE will each vote someone from Palawan and someone from Visayas to head up the start of the school-yard pick.

The two people with the most votes will not only start the pick, but will ALSO become the proud new owners of a Cursed Necklace.

if I get the necklace I'll use it on whoever does my English research paper for me
