Remjakl as House Captain you must nominate 2 people to  automatically face the public vote. The House Captain must rank their nominations as first choice and second choice. The firstchoice will be auto nommed while the second choice will be nominated if the first choice has been nominated by their fellow housemates already.  Now the rest of you must nominate   2 of your fellow housemates for eviction.
