Due to a rebellion where 13 Districts rebelled against the Capitol, resulting in District 13 being destroyed. The Treaty Of Treason was signed and the Hunger Games started. Each year the various Districts of Panem would offer up in tribute one young man and woman to fight to the death in the arena. until a soul survivors stood victorious. the winner would be showered in gifts and food to show the Districts the generosity of the Capitol.

once i get a girl and a boy who want to both be in the same district i will do the reaping for that district. may the odds be ever in your favor!
