~ It is a nice, cool day on a chilly December 10th, 2026. All the children on the School bus-ride home, when suddenly, a gigantic Blizzard, a Snowstorm, erupts through the state of New York. The School bus driver can't see, and crashes off the side of the road and into the forest. A few hours later, the local Power Plant ,near Albany and New York City, has a chemical meltdown, and explodes. Radiation spews all over the state, and many more states. Healthy people aren't affected by it, but sick people, dead people, and animals are affected by the Radiation, and morph into bulky mutants. The army tries holding them back, but fails. The surviving parts of the city and the Military in the states affected go to cut off / secluded Bases / bunkers for safety, leaving all the Middle class people to survive, or die.
