Hi! Welcome to the cast reveal for Survivor: Amu Darya. Thanks to everyone that applied, we got a pretty large number of applicants and I'm excited to see some new faces as well.

That being said I'll just get right into it. There are a total of 20 people (I ended up casting everyone that applied except for 1 inactive person and 1 person who withdrew) divded into 2 tribes of 10!

Now, on to the twist for this season. Obviously, this season will feature Redemption Island as I said on the application page. This works the same as it did on the real show – when you’re voted out, you don’t go home, but to Redemption Island. Each round, the people on Redemption Island will compete in a duel, with the loser going home for good. At two points in the game (the merge and final 5) the last person left standing on Redemption Island will get back in the game and have another shot at winning.

Other than Redemption Island, there are no other twists in play other than the regular idols in play and potential tribe swap(s) at some point down the line.
