I believe the photo perfectly harmonizes with the song and Chanel comes out as a key role through the videoclip. Even the aesthetics of her outfit are similar. Beyond that, the pose and the dynamic expression of Chanel , shows exactly what the song wants to say. She is the main character of the video clip specially at the black and white part of video clip
This music video is when we got to see Taylor in her Chaotic era. We got to see Taylor give digs and be an absolute chaotic human being and crazy and devious. So thatâs what Iâm giving in the photo. If Taylor can rob a bank, a little death wonât hurtâŠright?
In this Music Video, it's all about going thrift shopping and saving money. And the vibes are just fun. Macklemore is wearing a fur coat and that stood out to me. In this photoshoot, Lacey is wearing a fur coat that she got from a thrift shop along with the accessories. She's showing you can be chic with clothes from a thrift shop. You can be SICKENING even on a low budget, it's all about possessing that confidence and Lacey is giving that with the side profile because the girl knows she's FABULOUS, DARLING!
The song is pretty much about just being on the edge of your breaking point and feeling like youâre about to snap. The tone of the video has somewhat of a melancholy vibe to it, but still also manages to be visually appealing which I think is very similar to my photo. Throughout the video, both Rihanna and Kanye look distraught, exhausted and both of them are extremely jittery and canât seem to stand still. I wanted to portray that distraughtness in my photo, as well appearing to be in motion and I'm doing it all while wearing denim which they also were in the video.
Hello by Adele is about a lack of communication between two people.
With my submission, I am capturing the moment both of Adele and her boyfriend have decided to go their separate ways. In the music video, they do show when the exact moment happens, but with my photo, I feel like it captures better the essence of them departing from each other; as both of Guinevere and her ex boyfriend look seemingly sad for their story to end. I also wished to go more for a cinematic feel with my submission since the music video looks like a literal shots from a movie.
With my photo I was capturing the strong female in all black leather, like the girls do in the video when they are preparing their revenge. Hunter's pose resembles that she has "fallen" but not giving up, and is ready to strike back, the essence of Taylor's song in Bad Blood. This still photo acctually mimicks Taylor's pose when she lands on the car in the video.

Explication:
My inspiration for today's challenge is the song "Flowers'' by Miley Cyrus. It is a song that addresses the post-breakup phase of a relationship, where the protagonist begins to understand that she can be happy sozinah too, in addition to giving herself a gift and being well with herself. It is a lyric that talks to those who are listening, addressing topics such as self-esteem, happiness with one's own body and being well alone. It's about not depending on anyone to be happy.
Anja Rubik's photo translates this song, demonstrating a pose that denotes self-confidence and a well-being with the outfit she is wearing. It exudes confidence and freedom, which is what Miley demonstrates at the end of the song in the video.
I chose this picture because I feel like it matches the colors and shapes of the music video as well. I also think Tanya's pose and side profile are a bit quirky and odd which matches the tone of the song.
The song itself is a fusion of power and intensity, my compositions channels that very spirit, drawing you into a world where determination and strength reign supreme. Havana is a song that reminds me good memories with an uniquely contagious sonority. Sexy, authentic and dancing I'm feeling free, young and involved to the latin vibes this song brings up since the moment 0:01 when the beat starts: the pose with movement and the red outfit with fringes details works nicely together to get into this atmosphere. While the lighting of my shot is very similar to Usherâs at the start of the music video which also comes up a few times later on in the video, the poses I picked are almost identical to Usherâs breakdancing session from 2:11 to 2:35 of the music video with his 4 shadows.
I don't think I need much of an explanation as the music video is based on outdoors but also having a sense of woman empowerment. So here I'm giving that in my photo.
