If I were to host tribal, Mochica would also go to another tribal, it would not be simply  Nazca

The reason there is not tribal is because since Katherine quit, she eliminated herself from the game, same result as what would happen to the loser of the first duel.

Makes no sense for everyone to go to tribal.

actually it makes perfect sense because you clearly said 2 tribes were going to tribal council. One of my tribe members quit, therefore our tribal council is cancelled. that should still mean the other tribe goes to tribal.

Part of the twist is that the duel winner switches tribes if they want. Right? So they swap every round unless someone wants to stay
