All 12 of you will mail me the name of the person YOU would like to reenter the game. The person with the most votes returns to the game. The 2 people with the least number of votes will be eliminated FOR GOOD from Survivor Palau. You can choose from these people:

Before we get to the challenge, everyone DROP YOUR BUFFS.
We are switching things up a little.

Time for a tribe swap!!!!

Here's how the tribe swap will work. We will remain 3 tribes, each tribe will have 4 people. Random.org will decide 3 tribe "leaders". These tribe "leaders" will get to choose who is on their tribe. The 3 leaders will alternate picking people, until everyone has been picked. Here's the twist: The last 3 people to be picked for a tribe will receive a CLUE to the location of the HIDDEN IMMUNITY IDOL. This twist should make picking the tribes very interesting.

The tribe leaders will also have other responsibilities beyond just choosing their tribe. I will explain some of those responsibilities a little later on.
