Well, this game is about trust as much as it is about numbers. Having a numerical advantage might help but if in the long run it is detrimental to your game then you need to think about your options. With that said it is not a new game as people had agreements with people from old tribes but as for old tribes resurfacing - i dont know - i suppose only time will tell.
