Lynching: To Lynch someone, the majority of the town has to agree. There are 9 Citizens so to lynch, 5/9 people will have to say "I want to Lynch (Name goes here)".

That being said, I do believe you might be mafia. It's kind of suspicious to ME that you decide to target someone randomly for lynch, and most of the time they are a townie.
Classic mafia move right there.
