Notes for the challenge

-The pair that comes in last place will have one of it's member's voted in by the team that comes in first place.
-The winning pair must agree on which one member of the losing pair will go in.
-The top two teams will be the ones who vote in the second member of the Cell, anyone else will be available to be voted in.
-In the event of a tie at deliberation, whichever member of the losing pair goes in will break the tie.
-If a full pair does not show up, they will be in last place.
