How does the size of this tribal affect it?

It feels like a merge with 3 tribes of 4. Unlike a real merge though. There isn't as much individuality since we still want to win challenges with those in our group.

It feels similar, but different at the same time. Last time there were 2 groups basically. Now there are 3, so it's harder to get the numbers to work out for people to stay.
