Morning All. Sponsorships work like so:

One Capitol citizen tells use *sponsors [Tribute] with [Item]* If it is something small like food or water, it will be sent immediately. If it is something big like a weapon or armor, we will require at least one more Sponsor to agree to the Sponsorship before sending it in.

The Tribute is then sent a parachute containing the item(s). We will then post in the Capitol: "Your sponsor item has been sent." And voila.
