The chefs had their communication skills put to the test when they were challenged with making a recipe on the back of their jackets. They were supposed to follow the recipe to a tee. Despite this, some chefs put their own spin on the recipes at the expense of points for their team. In the end, the women ended up winning their third consecutive challenge in a row, and the men were once again punished.
In Dinner Service, the Blue Kitchen had their strongest service yet. However, the Red Kitchen was a mess with Kitty and Amanda messing up on the appetizer station, Thammy messing up on fish, and Kenia taking too long with her garnishes. However, the Red Team once again got kicked out after Lexie got flustered and brought up a dish that wasnโt even on the current ticket.
At elimination, the women named Kitty and Lexie as their nominations. In her plea, Kitty threw Lexie under the bus. In the end, Chef Ramsay chose to eliminate Lexie, ending her dream of becoming the Head Chef at La Repas Rose in Los Angeles and winning a quarter of a million dollars.

Archie starts off by messing up 2 risottos. Bella and Beth then proceed to overcook a risotto each. After this, both appetizer stations pull it together and both kitchens move onto entrees.
Carter overcooks 2 wellingtons. However, the Red Kitchen is not surprisingly off to a worse start on entrees.
As the meat station pulls it together, the fish stations attempts to cook, but Tommy overcooks 2 salmons and Ty overcooks a halibut. However, there seems to be some miscommunication with garnishes in the Red Kitchen.
The menโs kitchen is running smoothly. Rico and Bart have one communication issue, and then no other mistakes are made throughout the service.
However, Kenia has sent in 2 servings of raw scallops and Amanda has sent in a raw halibut. As they both attempt to send in another, they do something unforgivable.

The women go upstairs to discuss who should go up. At first, Beth suggests the fish station, Kenia and Amanda, should go up. However, Savannah is then brought into the mix when Bella suggests she was flustered on the meat station. Eventually, the team agrees on three people.
