After a shift in teams, the chefs were challenged to work with various seafoods. Many of the chefs had to face off against their former teammates, but in the end, the blue team once again lost despite having new team members. The red team was once again rewarded, and Ty, Allen and Zach finally got a taste of what Hellโs Kitchen rewards are like.
In dinner service, Tommy started things off on a bad note by pushing back appetizers. Kitty and Tristen proceeded to sink the fish station, leading to the Blue Teamโs ejection from service.
In the Red Kitchen, no one was in sync, but the standout disasters were Amanda and Bella, eventually, they were also kicked out, and both teams were tasked with nominating 2 chefs for elimination.
The Red Team nominated Amanda and Bella while the Blue Team chose to nominate Tommy and Tristen, but Chef Ramsay had someone else in mind. Despite not being named as a nominee, Chef Ramsay eliminated Kitty, ending her dream of becoming the Head Chef at La Repas Rose in Los Angeles and winning Hellโs Kitchen.
โช๏ธ Chef Ramsay: I have a very important announcement. Tonight in Hellโs Kitchen is going to be Steak Night! In addition to our regular menu, we will also be serving a variety of meats including Filet Mignon, Veal Cutlets, and Venison. In preparation for tonightโs service, todayโs challenge will have you all tasting different cuts of meat. In front of me are 5 different dishes that contain 2 different meat proteins. Each team will take turns attempting to identify which proteins were used in each dish. Youโll all split into 2 pairs of 4 and each pair will taste the first 4 dishes. Then, on the 5th dish, youโll choose a pair to go again. The team that correctly identifies the proteins in the fastest time wins the challenge! The red team starts off on a setback when Zach overcooks 2 servings of risottos and Thammy sends in a risotto thatโs too soupy, but both kitchens have a relatively strong start to service and get appetizers sent out smoothly.
As entrees are ordered, Kenia undercooks 2 servings of scallops. Bart then sends in a raw filet.
However, the Red Team seems to be having more issues.
As Amanda fights back on the fish station, the Red Kitchen has more issues. Marge sends in one raw serving of scallops while Ty sends in a raw venison.
Meanwhile, despite one communication issue between Tristen and Carter and one raw salmon from Archie, the Blue Kitchen is running smoothlyโฆ except for dishes coming back from one chef.

As the Red Team begins discussing who should go up, Ty immediately owns up to the fact that he had the most sendbacks tonight. He says that he deserves to go up for elimination, and the team quickly agrees. Everyone then has a hard time deciding who should go up with him. Allen then suggests Amanda should go up because she had her fair share of blunders on the fish station and has been the most inconsistent out of everyone left on the red team. Amanda attempts to defend herself and argues that while she did have mistakes, she did bounce back tonight. She then argues that either Zach or Thammy should go up because of their setbacks with appetizers. Beth agrees and says her votes are for Zach and Ty. Eventually, the red team comes to a majority decision.
