The chefs were challenged to make fusion cuisine, combining common ingredients from 2 different countries into one dish. The blue team lost their fourth consecutive challenge and were once again punished while the ladies were once again pampered with a reward.
In dinner service, the Blue Team delivered another strong performance. In the Red Kitchen, however, Kitty struggled with garnishes, Savannah was flustered on meat, and Kenia and Amanda failed on fish. The Red Team was kicked out of their fourth consecutive service and were asked to nominate 3 chefs for elimination.
They decided to nominate Kitty, Savannah and Amanda. Chef Ramsay eliminated Savannah, ending her dream of becoming the Head Chef at La Repas Rose in Los Angeles and winning Hellโs Kitchenโฆ but Chef Ramsay wasnโt done there.
Chef Ramsay then took the jackets of Kitty and Kenia, and announced that they would be joining the Blue Team. He then announced that Ty, Allen and Zach would be joining the red team, hoping a shift in the teams would help improve the chefsโ performances.

In the Red Kitchen, things seem to be going awry even with 3 new team members. Beth and Allen have a communication issue with their timing. Zach and Amanda then proceed to have a communication issue of their own. Amanda then sends in a raw wellington while Thammy sends in a raw NY strip.
However, Chef Ramsay is finally pushed to the edge after seeing what is sent up to the pass.

However, Carter forgets to cook one of his garnishes and Kitty sends in a raw salmon. Bart and Rico have a communication issue with the timing of their dishes being sent to the pass, and Tristen sends in a raw halibut.
However, more problems from the fish station lead to something shocking.
โช๏ธ Chef Ramsay: Hey, all of you! Come here! ALL OF YOU! Look at thisโฆ Tristenโs sent me another raw halibut, and Kittyโs sent me ANOTHER raw salmon. Can you not see how pink it looks?

Chef Ramsay is so angry, he doesnโt meet with the teams after service. Instead, he asks his sous chefs to relay the message that each team needs to nominate 2 chefs for elimination.
The Red Team comes to a decision quickly. They deem that Amanda and Bella were the most out-of-sync chefs tonight and that they made the most mistakes out of anyone. Bella even agrees that she should go up. Amanda tried to defend herself but admits she screwed up.
The Blue Team has a more difficult decision. Initially, Kenia says that the fish station, Kitty and Tristen, should go up due to the fact that they were what ultimately sunk their kitchen tonight. However, Kitty argues that she is a valuable member of the team and that sheโs been consistent in challenges, and that if she is nominated one more time she is most likely going home. She then suggests Tommy should go up for holding back the appetizers tonight. Some chefs on the Blue Team agree with her and vote to nominate Tristen and Tommy while others feel Kitty deserves to be nominated.
Tristen, Tommy, Amanda and Bella all step forward to face Chef Ramsay.
