Things I love about Celebi: Its design, its actually kind of adorable, has an okay typing of Grass/Psychic (even though it has the 4x weakness to bug, which can hinder it somewhat) Celebi then has decent abilities, decent stats & an alright movepool to finish it all off. Overall, Celebi is a pretty cool pokemon with the concept of it being able to time travel between different places, but out of the stuff remaining, this was just the pokemon that I loved the least so that's why I took it out here.
