What are y'all's thoughts and opinions on the new shops opened or duplicate/similar designs listed from what you may have already purchased?
I'm just curious if I am alone in my thought process or not...just wanting some feedback from the tengaged community.
Personally, I think it takes away from the whole process.
Some of us would put a lot of time and energy to win an item in an auction, only to find it can be bought by 10 other people in the shops or to see a similar revision of it being posted in the designs area.
I personally don't like it. Everyone will start to look the same again and I believe the novelty will wear off.
Also, I believe the designers will see a decline on the amounts people will bid since a design will be a dime a dozen (so to speak).
I loved my Chanel inspired clothes, but I will no longer wear it since it is also owned by 10 other people. I bid on the auction for the ORIGINALITY. Now that is gone. :/
I will take a stand as well to not ever bid on anything from that particular designer since they 'sold out'.
I hope designers don't put in ones that went to auction, just ones that have already been designed.
If not, its just disrespectful to people who spent so much to buy it, thinking it was the only one
i completely agree <3 i think people should be able to be unique. maybe a limited stock of 2 or 3?? I agree with what you are saying, but it would make it very hard for people to shop at the stores D:
