Better story. Better actors. Better characters. Better history. Better twists. Better explanations. Better relationships. Better music. Better love scenes. Better action scenes. Has everything.

EVERYTHING IS AMAZING!!

Not to mention it is a book series and was written way before the time of Twilight!

Mmmm i cant take true blood as seriously. It has its funny moments but other than that is just a porno lol. Vamp diaries has an amaaaaazing epic story line :)

tbh I havent really seen either, I watched an episode of both, and I cant really make my mind up which I prefer.. I think I'll just go with Buffy The Vampire Slayer ^_^

Mmmm kinda. But it DOES make sense and relate to the story. Because of all the history stuff. They pretty much find all of their research through ancestors journals and diaries if you think about it.

And g1ng4, there is so much history stuff that you cant just tune into one episode with this show or you wont get it! But i really recommend getting into it from the beginning :) The first 5 episodes are kinda slow at the beginning but it builds and gets so intense!

YES!
I was so into True Blood and then I started watching VD and I love it 10x more--the action goes quicker instead of there being so much suspense like with TB
BUT Buffy will always be my numba one fav Vampire series <3
