aren't you aware that cuba is a sister country to the u.s. and wouldn't possibly attack it especially since legislators are currently seeking to introduce a bill in order to remove sanctions? how would you respond to that?
rowan22 first of all, we wouldnt know the duration of ww3. if it's short, then Cuba would most definitely side with the U.S. If it is long then, they still would. As I said before, U.S. Cuban relations are getting better and after the Cuban Missile Incident and Spanish-American War, we can see that Cuba has time and time again proven to be a trustworthy ally in wars that have lasted long. It's a common misconception that the American people believe that the Cubans have been wrong. Rowan, remember that the sanctions were only in place because the U.S. wanted to spread democracy in Cuba and get rid of the Communistic regime. However, Cuba has still maintained good relations with us. With Raul Castro, we can clearly see that the Communistic regime has taken a turn and the U.S. is taking more steps in improving relations with Cuba. Therefore, the U.S. would most definitely side with Cuba if there was a ww3.

and just because a country is fighting on the side of another country doesn't necessarily mean that the country is 100 percent alligned with them

im saying that just because japan and israel are both defenders doesnt mean they're the best of friends
therefore even if cuba is not the best of friends with america, (which i obviously proved that their relations are strong) it can still align with america
